About Me

I grew up in an incredibly strong Christian home.  My parents did an amazing job of instilling the importance of a relationship with Christ, not just going to church.  My father would get up early in the morning to do a daily devotional with my sister & I.  We would have family church at home where my mom & dad would play the guitar & lead us in a bible study.

Then my world was shattered.  Through a series of life events, I found myself lonely, lost & completely in survival mode.  Then my mom passed away from breast cancer when I was 22 & I quickly realized, I had no idea who I was apart from being her daughter.  I set out on a path of complete self destruction.  I used men, alcohol & things to fill this empty hole in my life.

“In the same way one shepherd seeks after, cares for, and watches over his scattered flock, so will I be the guardian of My sheep.  I will be their Rescuer!  No matter where they have scattered, I will go to find them.  I will bring them back from the places where they were scattered on that dark & cloudy day.” ~Ezekiel 34:12

My story is a story of redemptive grace.  No matter how far I wandered away from God, He rescued me.

I want my story to be a place of solace for women.  A safe place where we can get raw & real & walk through the struggles of this earth together.  I am a firm believer that this is where the magic happens.  Where God’s best work is done.  I believe in the beauty of the struggle.  Of walking in Faith.  Of radical obedience.  Of trusting Him to write a beautiful story from our darkest days.

Thank you, from the deepest parts of my soul, for being a part of my journey.
